RevUp by Betaspring is a non-equity investment fund for companies focused on revenue-driven growth. Companies receive cash ($75K-$150K) and expert support to ease the friction of going to scale. RevUp invests in B2B and B2C companies that have a killer team and at least one repeatable model for selling to customers. RevUp does not take equity. Portfolio companies return investment as percentage of revenue over time. Betaspring's approach is built on 10+ years of early stage investing (90+ companies, four exits, and $65MM in follow-on funding raised) and a passion for supporting companies where revenue is central to success.
Eligibility criteria:
- $25K-$100K recurring monthly revenue, 3+ months trailing growth
- Full time team with proven execution ability
- Room to run in the market(s) they serve
