Athena Growth Fund III: Meet The Portfolio
Next fund. Same north star. RevUp’s Athena Growth Fund III is here, and we’re still backing companies ascending the $1M - $10M growth curve, out of the idea stage and into the messy middle of scaling. And we couldn’t be more excited about who’s already made the list.
Here’s the current roll call - more to come as the fund continues to deploy:
Boston-based veterinary biotech company Hilltop Bio offers a suite of regenerative therapies focused on helping four-legged animals reduce inflammation and heal from injuries or disease. When founder and CEO Amanda Drobnis–a lifelong horse rider–suffered a serious hip injury at the age of 29, her doctors gave her two options: a full hip replacement or an experimental treatment. Curious about the latest advancements in regenerative medicine, Amanda chose to experiment. After experiencing the benefits of regenerative therapy herself, Amanda set forth to use the same technology to develop products for animals. Today, Hilltop Bio sells a portfolio of products to veterinary practices across the country. <more>

It standardizes data across manufacturers, resolves inconsistencies between multiple devices, enriches it with clinically meaningful insights, and delivers configurable Health Scores that allow organizations to evaluate health consistently regardless of where the data originated. <more>
Founded by Frans Johansson, Sweet Joy Hachuela, Chantal Yang, and Kristian Ribberstrom, Medici Next is creator of an AI-powered Behavioral OS built on decades of leadership development and innovation expertise, helping users acquire and grow skills by repeating small actions until they become reflex. The company isn't inventing new leadership theories; it is productizing twenty years of rigorous innovation and high performance data gathered from some of the world's most demanding organizations - including the US Navy, Disney, Nike, and AstraZeneca. Built by a team that spent two decades inside the world's biggest organizations figuring out what actually changes behavior, Medici Next reflects a simple insight: People don't change by consuming content. They change by repeating small actions until they become a reflex. <more>
Founded and led by Ben Simpson, Collective Shift is a research and intelligence platform that helps individual investors actually understand what's happening in crypto: the trends worth watching, the opportunities worth taking, and what to do next with what they already hold. Collective Shift aggregates a member's holdings across wallets and exchanges into one view, then layers on research, coaching, and a private community to tell them what to do with it.

More About RevUp Capital
RevUp Capital invests in B2B and B2C companies that are revenue-driven and ready to double down on growth. We deploy cash and capacity to help companies grow from $1-3M to $10-30M, quickly and efficiently, using a revenue-based model. Companies enter our portfolio with $500K-$3M in revenue, a strong growth rate, and a team that’s ready to scale. Our typical investment range is $300K-$500K.
We invest into a company's market-facing activity using a cash and capacity model. We pair our cash investment with dedicated support from the RevUp Growth Platform: a powerful resource to build a data-driven growth engine, delivered by people who get the work done. Rather than take equity, companies return investment through a small percentage of revenue over time. More at www.revupfund.com
